IRC League 9

Problem Statements

This year’s theme of IRC Open League is R-ME (Robots in Missions and Expeditions). The challenge is to come up with highly advanced yet functional robots for various missions conducted by the Army, Navy and the Air Force. The objective is to design robots and machines that are capable of conducting sophisticated expeditions to strengthen our defences and for rescue operations.

There are different problem statements for Junior, Middle and Senior levels as follows:

An army or ground force is a fighting force that works primarily on land. In the broadest sense, it is the land-based military branch of armed forces of a nation. This force is sometimes tasked to carry out operations to get into enemy camps and rescue items and documents. Your team will be tasked to develop two autonomous robots that will be sent from the Army Base Camp to rescue the lost documents (henceforth called Blueprints) from the Opponent/Enemy Base camp.
